Packing Based on the Approved Order Specification
Bra packing must protect cup shape, preserve product appearance and keep every size, color and style identifiable during warehouse handling and international shipment. The packing method is therefore confirmed as part of the order specification rather than decided after production.
Before packing begins, we review the approved sample, size and color breakdown, folding method, labels, hangtags, barcode requirements, inner packaging, carton specification and shipping marks. Special handling requirements for molded cups, adhesive products or retail-ready programs should be confirmed before bulk production.
For OEM and private-label orders, packaging details should be included in the pre-production approval to avoid changes after the products have entered the packing stage.
Folding and Cup Shape Protection
The folding method depends on the product construction. Soft bralettes and unpadded styles can usually be folded more compactly, while molded or structured bras require sufficient space to prevent cup compression, creasing and permanent deformation.
Cups may be nested or supported according to the approved packing arrangement. Straps, hooks and removable pads should be positioned so they do not mark the cup surface or become tangled during transportation.
Products are reviewed after folding to confirm that the packing method does not distort the center front, wings, cups or decorative components. Finished items should complete the required bra assembly and finishing checks before entering the packing area.
Labels, Hangtags and Individual Packaging
Private-label packing can include main labels, size and care labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, insert cards, branded polybags and color boxes according to the approved specification. Buyers should provide final artwork, barcode data, label position and packaging dimensions before production materials are ordered.
Every barcode, size sticker and color identification mark must match the actual product inside the package. Mixed-size or mixed-color orders require a clear packing list and carton assortment plan.
Branding elements should first be confirmed through the custom colors, labels and logo process. Late artwork changes may affect label production, packing progress and the final shipment date.
Export Carton Packing
Carton size and quantity per carton are planned around the folded product dimensions, cup construction, individual packaging and buyer requirements. Overpacking can compress molded bras, while excessive empty space can allow products to move and lose their intended presentation.
During carton packing, we check style, color, size assortment, quantity, carton condition and the required shipping marks. Carton numbers should correspond with the packing list so the buyer can identify and receive each part of the order.
Where required, carton weight, dimensions, barcode labels or destination-specific marks are confirmed before shipment preparation. Palletizing or other handling requirements should be discussed during quotation because they can affect volume, freight cost and loading arrangements.
Final Packing and Quantity Checks
Final checks cover product identification, labels, hangtags, barcode information, individual packing, carton assortment and total quantity. The packing team works from the approved packing instruction rather than relying on a general packing method.
Relevant product measurements, cup appearance and symmetry should already have passed size, cup and symmetry inspection. If a packing check identifies deformation, incorrect labeling or mixed products, the affected cartons are held for review and correction.
Export Shipment Preparation
Shipment preparation begins after the required order and packing checks are completed. We confirm the final carton quantity, gross and net weight, carton dimensions, packing list and requested shipping information.
Orders can be prepared under EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF or DDP terms depending on the destination and agreed arrangement. Shantou Port is nearby, while Shenzhen or Yantian may be considered for selected shipment requirements.
The freight method, consignee information, destination, delivery window and required documents should be confirmed before booking. Actual transit time depends on the route, carrier, customs clearance and destination rather than production time alone.
