About Cevaniq Bras
Bra Manufacturing for Wholesale, OEM & Private Label Orders
Cevaniq Bras is a factory-based bra manufacturer and supplier located in Gurao Town, Chaoyang District, Shantou, Guangdong, China.
Established in 2008, we produce bras for lingerie brands, importers, wholesalers, distributors, retail programs and private-label buyers. Our current product range includes sports bras, lace bras, bralettes, nursing bras, plus size bras and invisible bras, together with other bra constructions developed according to buyer requirements.
We mainly work on B2B orders rather than individual retail sales. Depending on the project, buyers can select from existing styles, modify available designs or develop new products from a tech pack, measurement sheet, sketch or physical reference sample.
Product Development & Custom Support
Bra development involves more than choosing a color and adding a logo. Fit, cup construction, band dimensions, elastic recovery, size grading and component selection all affect how the final product performs in bulk production.
Our OEM and private-label support can include:
- Tech pack and reference sample review
- Pattern and sample development
- Size grading and fit adjustment
- Fabric, lace and trim sourcing
- Cup, padding, strap and elastic selection
- Custom colors and product details
- Main labels, care labels and size labels
- Hangtags, barcode labels and branded packaging
Common materials include nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, cotton blends, lace, mesh, seamless yarn, elastic and foam cups. Bonded construction and heat-press processes can also be used for suitable styles.
From Sampling to Bulk Production
Before production, we normally review the target market, product construction, size chart, materials, quantity, branding and packaging requirements with the buyer.
Existing samples generally take around 3–5 days, while custom development normally requires around 7–15 days, depending on materials and construction.
Standard orders usually start at around 300–500 pieces per style. Custom fabrics, colors and private-label programs commonly require around 500–1,000+ pieces, depending on material MOQ and order specifications.
Once the required fit, material and pre-production details are approved, the order moves into bulk production.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our production site in Gurao covers approximately 13,700 m² and includes sampling, cutting, sewing, molding, inspection and packing areas. Eight main production and assembly lines support different bra programs according to construction and order requirements.
Production equipment includes automatic fabric cutting, lockstitch, zigzag, overlock, coverstitch, bartack and elastic-attaching machines, together with cup molding, heat-press/bonding and needle detection equipment.
Quality checks are carried out through different stages of the order, including:
- Incoming material and component checks
- Cutting and production inspection
- Sewing, molding and assembly checks
- Key measurement and size inspection
- Cup shape and left/right symmetry checks
- Label and branding inspection
- Final appearance and quantity inspection
- Packing and carton checks
Fabric composition, color fastness, dimensional stability and restricted-substance testing can be arranged according to buyer or destination-market requirements when needed.
Packing & Export Order Support
Private-label packing can include individual or branded polybags, hangtags, insert cards, barcode labels, color boxes and export cartons.
We also coordinate carton requirements and shipment preparation according to the order. Export terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP can be discussed depending on destination and purchasing requirements.
Shantou Port is nearby, while Shenzhen/Yantian can be used for selected export shipments.
