Branding Developed Around the Product Specification
Cevaniq Bras supports custom color, label and logo development for lingerie brands, importers, wholesalers and organized retail buyers. Branding can be applied to sports bras, lace bras, bralettes, nursing bras, plus size bras and invisible bras after the product construction and materials are confirmed.
A private-label project may begin with an existing style or a newly developed OEM product. Before sampling, we review the requested color, logo artwork, label content, placement, quantity, size range and packaging requirements.
Color and branding should be approved together with the product sample. Changing fabric, lace or elastic after logo and label approval may affect color coordination, attachment method and production timing.
Custom Color Matching
Buyers can provide a Pantone reference, physical color swatch, approved product sample or fabric reference. Main fabric, lace, mesh, elastic, straps and closures may use different fibers and dyeing processes, so an identical digital color value does not always produce an identical physical result.
Color confirmation may include:
- Main fabric shade
- Lace and mesh coordination
- Elastic and strap color
- Hook-and-eye color
- Cup and lining color
- Hardware finish
- Approved swatch or material set
Custom-dyed materials may require a higher MOQ than available colors. Material availability and color quantity should be reviewed through Fabric, Lace & Component Options before sampling.
Main, Size and Care Labels
Private-label options can include woven labels, printed satin labels, heat-transfer labels, size labels and care labels. The selected method should suit the fabric, product structure, skin-contact area and required label content.
Buyers should provide:
- Editable logo artwork
- Label dimensions
- Label material preference
- Placement instructions
- Size information
- Care and composition content
- Country or market-specific requirements
Label content remains the buyer’s responsibility and should be checked before approval. Labels used inside soft bras and bralettes should also be reviewed for edge softness, thickness and attachment position.
Logo Application Options
Depending on the bra material and design, logo directions may include:
- Woven main label
- Printed fabric label
- Heat-transfer logo
- Small silicone or rubber badge
- Logo print on fabric
- Branded strap or elastic
- Selected decorative hardware
Not every logo method is suitable for lace, mesh, bonded fabric or high-stretch areas. Artwork size, line thickness, color, surface and placement are reviewed before the sample is prepared.
Logo development should follow the approved product structure established through Bra Product Development.
Artwork and Branding Sample Approval
Artwork should preferably be supplied in an editable vector format. Before production, the sample is checked for:
- Logo proportions
- Color and clarity
- Label size
- Placement and alignment
- Stitching or transfer quality
- Size and care information
- Compatibility with the approved bra sample
A physical branding sample is more reliable than approving color and scale only from a screen. The confirmed logo, label and placement become part of the pre-production specification.
During bulk production, branding is checked together with assembly and finishing. More details are available on the Bra Assembly & Finishing page.
Bulk Inspection and Packing Coordination
Bulk checks cover logo position, label attachment, printed clarity, color consistency, size identification and comparison with the approved sample. Barcode, hangtag and packaging information should also match the buyer’s final order breakdown.
Finished branding and packing requirements are verified before Packing & Export Shipment.
MOQ, Sampling and Quotation Requirements
Standard bra orders generally start around 300–500 pieces per style. Custom-dyed materials, exclusive labels and private-label programs commonly require around 500–1,000 pieces or more, depending on color quantity and supplier MOQ.
For evaluation, send the bra style, order quantity, color reference, logo file, label content, dimensions, placement and destination market. We will review feasibility, sample requirements, MOQ, cost factors and estimated lead time before confirming the branding plan.
